quick WS-12-250-AC swap

A Toughswitch Pro 8 has been acting up, negotiating 10Mbps link on an AF5X and a NBE-AC-19 and requiring a router reboot PLUS a soft reboot of the AF after initial boot to get it up to 100Mbps...
This is a 'router-on-a-stick' setup with an RB850X2. I like to power it PoE off the switch so I get a regulated output and can power cycle it across the backhaul link if it gets funky. The RB850X2 has been fantastic though, haven't need to but the option is there. Downside, a single gigabit link to the switch halves the bandwidth but that's no an issue, I'm about 100x100 on the AF5X. I'll be adding another wire to the WS-12 and setting up a LAG group at some point.
yanked the TSP8 out and set the WS-12 in. I forgot the velcro tape so the WS-12 is just sitting there. You can see the velcro pads on the box where the TSP8 was stuck. Will fix on the next trip.
Yes, cheap UPS there, my other UPS died and I needed a fix ASAP and Office Depot is closer than Streakwave. This site has decently reliable 110v AC though and this little UPS is good for 30 minutes or so with the current load.
