12 port DC switch install

We have a tower where my equipment is at about 600 ft. It's been live for a little over 4 years, and it has been a challenge finding a suitable DC powered switch that is both gig POE and does fiber. We found a switch that worked well, but at only 4 ports POE out, it came in at about $125 per port. And as we kept adding equipment, our little box kept getting tighter and tighter. Finally Chris released 14 port DC powered, gig port POE switch with SFP for fiber.
The big day came, we did some major work, and in the process added 8 additional sectors for a total of 19 plus 3 backhuals, including AFX and Mimosa. We used 2 of the 12 port switches, and they just rock.
Here are some pics of the install, and I know some people will probably fire me for having such a messy box. But when everything has to fly 600 ft, and all the work has to be done without dropping things or falling off the tower......well, just deal with it :)
This is what I had when I started
After new netonix switches installed
Prep work :)
Looks like my Mimosa may need new cable? hmmmm, maybe that's why I can't get any throughput on it.
