WS-12-250-DC Board Voltage errors
New-just-out-of-the-box WS-12-250-DC switch w/ v1.3.8 (purchased from a distributor) shows board voltage reading errors. No POE enabled on any port.
Tried upgrading to v.1.3.9 with no change....factory reset with no change...downgrade to v1.3.8 and still no change.
RMA time?

Are there any SFPs plugged into the switch? Is this being bench tested or at a tower site? If tower site is it near a high power FM transmitter?

We hand test each unit several times before we ship, really hard to believe it would do that out of the box?

Also noticed the Power Supply Efficiency bar is showing red and >85%. Other WS-12-250-DC switches in production with the same voltage input of 23.8v show efficiency at >92% in the green.
