Ubiquiti Rocket5 PRISM 40W draw

Hi All

We have turned on a site today and 1/4 of our Rocket5 AC Prisms is drawing 40W of power when connected to port 4 on a WS-12-DC, if we move it to a port that is not capable of performing 24/48VH power it only draws 5-6W.

You're not trying to power it with 24VH are you?

No, just standard 24v

Well switch it to another port and see, it is possible the current sensors on that port are damaged.

Current sensors get damaged most often from a ground potential difference.
