Discovery Protocol Question 1.4.2

I have a ws-12-250-dc and maybe the switch is intended to preform this way, but the discovery protocol is sending and listening out interfaces regardless of the vlan configurations. Is this by design?

Yes it is but you need to read the release notes as there were a lot of bugs fixed since v1.4.2

I suggest using v1.4.3rc7
