Re: VOLTAGE
OK, well first I moved your port out of the forum where you post pictures of installations.
I am not following your question here at all sorry, maybe it is the language barrier?

Re: VOLTAGE
The WS-8 does not have the same hibernate option that the WS-12 has. This was done to reduce cost. If you need that option, then buy the WS-12.

Re: VOLTAGE
I find it unfortunate that this option does not exist on the WS-8-150 because the main power on this WS-8-150 is the battery !!!
And if the battery is in deep discharge because of a solar panel that no longer works the battery is out of service !!!!!
We bought this product for the purpose of the adapted in our box because it is smaller
For the price we are willing to pay more expensive to see the same price as the WS 12!
BUT Please add this OPTION !!!!!

Re: VOLTAGE
We cannot add that option to the WS-8 without a complete re-design and testing.
This would drive the cost up quite a bit, people wanted a less expensive smaller option.
But as Les said the more expensive WS-12-250-DC does offer the LOW power consumption hibernate option.

Some people wanted smaller. Some wanted less expensive. You cannot please everyone.
Ironically when people see smaller some expect it to be less expensive.

Re: VOLTAGE
You are so correct Les on BOTH statements.
We will have more models in the future.

Re: VOLTAGE
You know the price has nothing to do in these switches, there is only 80 euros spread over significant margins for our customers
The goal is to have the same configuration for the whole netonix park ... we have not bought this switch to save but simply for the size of the boxes and the number of ports ...
Now we will have to rework on many things on our boxes because of this lack of cut ...
It's a pity ...
