I'm powering a WS-6-MINI switch with the AF PoE adapter. Switch then powers AF5 + EdgeRouter X (24V).
Some times AF5 completely drops signal which is normally 100% perfect. I have tried changing frequencies with no luck. It still drops.
Could it be that the PoE adapter and the switch can't give enoug power to the AF5 when also powering EdgeRouter X ?

Just checking, because I've messed this up myself before, but you do have the airfiber plugged into port 2 on the WS-6 and you do have 48vh selected, right?
I'm not sure what the power rating is on the PoE adapter, but here's the math: Our switch consumes 7w peak, AF consumes 40w peak, and your edgerouter consumes 5w peak. Cable drop isn't usually an issue, but as a rule of thumb, cat 5e typically drops 1w per 25m of cable (as heat). Assuming a 30m tower, that brings your total up to (40+7+5+2, rounded up) or 54w. If your power adapter is rated at 60w, you may experience an issue since you're pushing pretty close to the margin. Our power bricks are rated at 65w, that may be the case with ubiquiti's as well.
Do your logs show any link state changes on the AF or the WS-6?

You should use this larger injector in this case:

Not saying you're having a power issue but this injector is larger and would take that off the table.
