removing lan (eth0) from firewall zone lan

1.47rc4, what is the nature of the below log message? It logged just after I changed the secondary DNS entry. This switch is losing randomly losing mgmt connectivity (data seems to be uninterrupted) and what may be causing it.

When changing the network settings (like DNS) it causes the network interface to be removed, reconfigured and then restarted. Removing it and then re-adding it to the firewall is part of this process.
