Attempted an upgrade to 1.4.6. Upgrade never completed and after 15-20 minutes, unit was unresponsive via SSH and Web.

Unfortunately. Looks like something got boogered during the upgrade, the only way to fix that is JTAG.

After 6-7 tries using a variety of serial cables/WIndows versions/terminal pgms/CTL-C timing combinations, I finally was able to get a RedBoot> prompt and was able to successfully recover the switch.

You had way better luck than I, but it's pretty easy for me to just reprogram flash, so I haven't messed with redboot much.
