Path costing / fail over

hey all,
we have 3 x WS-12-250 switches in a ring

HP E5400 Switch Port #1 >> Netonix Switch1 - Port #2>>
Netonix Switch 1 - Port #1>> Netonix Switch 2 - # Port 1>>
Netonix Switch 2 - Port #2 >> Netonix Switch 3 - Port #2 >>
Netonix Switch 3 Port #3 >> Netonix Switch 1 - Port #3

Currently traffic is going from Switch 3 - Port #3 to Switch 1 - Port #3 and i would like the traffic to go Netonix Switch 3 - Port #2 >> Netonix Switch 2 - Port #2

how can i achieve this ?

We follow the standard in RSTP (802.1w) and MSTP (802.1s) so if you google them and read the WIKI and such you should figure this out.

Every protocol we use such as 802.1q VLANs we follow the standard so Google will always provide you the help you need to learn the industry standard protocols.
