MAC Addressec:13:b3:11:31:76
Firmware Version1.4.6Board RevD
The SFP port 26 is not recognizing any SFP's. obviously we have swapped SFP's, they do work in port 25. this is the first time we have tried to use SFP's in this device since we purchased it last year. I'm physically getting a link light on my router but not the switch.
What is the process for RMA
Thx

Switch was manufactured on 5/12/2016 so yes it is still under warranty so long as it was not damaged.
Sorry, we do not offer advanced replacement however if we did offer such a program most any other manufacturer require you to purchase that level of service agreement. Not sure that enough people would do it and it would require people to take other units in exchange and it starts that whole thing where people complain the unit they get back has a scratch their unit did not have. I am quite aware of these programs as we have them with some of our Cisco routers and we have gotten some units in exchange that were quite beat up compared to what we sent them.
