The bricks that come with AF5X are 24v, the toughswitch from UBNT seems to run them on 24v
My WISPSWITCH WS-12-250-AC seems to need the power set to 48v to power it on.
I am too scared to try 48VH in case it blows it up.
Are you able to confirm what power setting it should be working on?
*EDIT*
I think my switch might be faulty
It was complaining about a disconnected FAN and now for the second time it has gone into a kind of panic flash mode.
I just checked one of my other switches and I have a 24port wisp switch running AF5X on 24v no problem so I am guessing this is a fault.

That switch may need a repair - it sounds to me as though your 24v regulator is acting up, which is usually a pretty quick and painless fix.
Please RMA, instructions can be found here: http://forum.netonix.com/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=1259

Re: Difinitive answer on powering Airfiber 5X
I did actually see the other thread about AF5X power however the cable length and 24/24VH thing was confusing me greatly as I now know I had a faulty switch and plugging the radio in a 1M patch lead at 24v still did not power up.
Also the FAN issue.
