POE --- 12 v ?

Hello everyone

I have a camera that only works in 12V with a rj45 port for communication
The builder of this camera tells me that it is impossible to do it in POE
I would like to be able to control the power supply via the NETONIX DC switch interface
The idea is that I get 2 wires + and - but that gives me a 12V voltage
How can I do this?
