Netonix WS-8-150-AC restarts --- Netonix WS-8-150-AC

Hello ... today we had a fault in a Netonix WS-8-150-AC switch - it is constantly restarting. We leave it off 10 minutes and light normally. We update the firmware to the latest version 1.4.8rc7. The fault follows, attached video. regards Marcelo

En el dia de hoy tuvimos una falla en un switch Netonix WS-8-150-AC- el mismo se reinicia constante mente . Lo dejamos apagado 10 minutos y enciende normalmente . Le actualizamos el firmware a la ultima version 1.4.8rc7 . La falla sigue ,adjunto video. Saludos

Sadly this sounds like the defective 3.3V CAP issue we talked about awhile ago.
You will probably need to RMA it so we can fix it.
I see your out of country, we can provide you with the part and instructions but it requires soldering the new part on.
