MEANWELL HEP-600C Battery Charger Usage

Hello every body.
we have heard that the recommended UPS for Netonix WISP Switch installation was an UPS from Minnkota. We have an installation of sevearl Netonix WS-12-250 DC switches. We are located in Cameroon, a Central afican Country and Unfortunately Minnkota products are unavailable for our region. to solve the problem, we bought a Battery charger, from MEANWELL, which reference is HEP-600C-24. the datasheet for this battery Charger is available on this Link . we are using a couple of 12V/58Ah batteries to power each Switch.

Please can you tell us if this Battery Charger is suitable for our installation? what will happend when the Batteries will be full? does the charger will stop charging the batteries until the complete unload? and what about the switch?
