WS-10-250-AC password change

running 1.4.9, just updated and all is working fine.
Just need to update the units password to a different one and dont see how that is done in the web UI.
I see a credential command in the CLI. is that the only way to change the pw?
I change the pw using Credential name admin password <new pw>
then exit so it saved
now cannot get back in to switch at all.
