Just switched on a brand new WS12DC and got the dredded fna error. Connections look okay. Have upgraded to latest stable Version.
I've got it connected to 2 12v batteries, So just over 24v and I cannot enable any form of 48v or can i calibrate the power.
Can anyone advise?
Thanks
Guy

To be clear, are we talking about a WS-12-DC or a WS-12-250-DC?
250's are made to run from 9-*(don't remember offhand, >50, though) volts, the WS-12-DC's internal 24V rail won't come up at 24V in, which is what runs your fan, so that may be what's going on

The WS-12-DC is meant to run on 48V conditioned power. It does not have a power supply to up-convert voltage. If you want to run from unconditioned battery power, you need the WS-12-250-DC.
