Hey guys,
Recently i was trying to reach my interface but it didn't connect..
i tried to cold reset via console, but even after that it's still unreachable... i'd appreciate any help

What version firmware was you using?
Can you SSH to the unit?
Can you ping the unit?
Hook up a console cable and see what's going on.

Hello, sorry for the late answer.
I actually did reset the router via console cable ... its not pingable nor sshable ..
It now uses 1.4.5rc2 i don't really know which firmware was on before reset..

Take out of service and do these things:
Do a power on factory default, see instructions here: viewtopic.php?f=6&t=409#p2398
Upgrade to v1.5.0
Do a Bench test as described here: viewtopic.php?f=6&t=2780#p19221

Upgrading the Firmware via CLI fixed the issue, thank you
