We are are having an issue with an AF5XHD that is connected to a WS-26-500-DC, Ethernet port disconnects every 2-3 hours cable test shows a short at end of cable in the Netonix. We have already tried replacing the cable, cable ends(using Ubiquiti cable ends),radio and swapping the port on the switch problem persists.
The other end of our point to point has the same setup plugged into another WS-26-500-DC with no problems both using 24v POE the only difference is the problem side has <20 M cable length while the other ends has 40 M. I checked the forums and couldn't find any other post similar to this issue, please advice.

Try replacing the radio
Also I would power with 24VH, 48V or 48VH, only use 24V is no other option.

We have already tried replacing the radio with another that is known good but the problem persists . I'm only posting because we have replaced everything besides the switch at this point and the radios show a short on the switch want to know if anyone else was having a similar experience.
I changed the POE to 48VH earlier in the day but it has rebooted since

No, I have not experienced or heard of this.
You said you tried a different port in switch so I do not think this is a switch issue.
You can test this by using a short premade jumper and another radio and plug it into the switch port and do a cable diagnostics.
Are you using an Ethernet Surge protector on this by chance?

No we aren't using an Ethernet surge protector the radio is hooked directly into the Netonix. We don't think the issue is with the Netonix either but both radios showed a short at the switch but the Netonix cable test comes out fine.

But you say on the other side of the link you have another AFXHD connected to a Netonix and you do not see it on that side?
You tried replacing the radio, cable, and ends.
Put up a screen grab of the cable diagnostics before you power it up and after you power it up.

Yes we have identical equipment on the other side of our point to point that isn't experiencing this issue same switch/radio.
Here is a screen grab of the equipment while power on we will need a tech to go on site to see what the cable test shows when powered down.

I still think it is the radio, cabling, or ends as each port in switch is different Transformer, different PHY, different everything and you switched ports in switch and got same result.
Take yet another radio and a short pre-made jumper and plug it into that port and do the same test.
You may have gotten a couple bad radios or there is something wrong with cable or ends.
You could also switch out switch with a spare unit and see if problem is still there and if it is there you know to keep looking.
