Technically yes, but would depend more on the nature of the damage if you attempted an RMA at a later time.

We have warrantied some units with a broken seal some we have not, all depends on the nature of the damage found.

I have same issue, but with a WS-8-150AC . I try to loose the screws but nothing happen.

Right now is almost burning the board at 90 degrees, it has a secure shutdown form higher temperatures? , i will change it this week with a spare.

No but we could put that in future firmware.
