Board 24V and fan error.

Mon Mar 11, 2019 6:46 am

Hello everyone.
I recently purchased a WS-12-DC and used it only for testing and configuration. But after three days of testing where he was always on one morning I found these errors in the log.
I tried the reset and also new firmware, but had no benefit.
What can I do? Do I have to ship for RMA?
Thank you
Alessandro

This would indicate the 24V power supply is either damaged or failed, this is nothing software can fix.

Sorry, you would need to RMA the unit.

I recently purchased a WS-12-DC and used it only for testing and configuration.

Not sure how you just purchased this unit (EC13B2A1230E) as it was MFG on 09/26/2016, hard to believe it was in channel for 2+ years?

Hello, thanks for the reply.
I had this feeling!

I had the same doubt! I purchased three WS-12-DC, and the label in this broken box was slightly different from the other two!
I think the seller had a long time in his warehouse.
Thanks
Alessandro
