WS-12-250-DC Random Reboot

Hi All
this is my first post so please direct me in the right direction...
i have a WS-12-250-DC in one of my towers and it seems it just rebooted itself, i cant find out why, the logs are hard to read as it lost its NTP server so cant pinpoint the time it dropped out...
it immediately came back up online and has been fine so far.
The log contains sensitive info so would rather not post it here, so who do i send it to to figure out what happened?

i would make sure your hooking the switch directly to the battery bank not a charging controller or power supply:
