Hi there,
One of our Netonix switches failed and upon inspection the following were noted:
1- Power LED is solid Green.
2- No fan spin after applying power.
3- No activity on console, cable and PC program were tested and verified using another switch.
4- TP2 voltage is 1V, I assume is supposed to be 2.5 according to the nearby label (2V5) !!, please correct me on this.
5- TP11 is 1V
6- TP18 is 24V
7- TP19 is 1.8V
8- TP20 is 3.3V
9- D5 LED is solid Green
Is my switch toasted or I can rescue it somehow ?
Thanks

You can RMA it, we even repair units damaged or past warranty.
We provide a complete report of what we find and if damaged our best guess how and how to prevent it.
