how to daisy chain multiple netonix switch with VLAN

We are using multiple Netonix WS-8-150-DC in a heavily wooded area hardwired by fiber and low voltage to waterproof boxes. We want to separate the interfaces so that we can run OSPF from one CCR1009 Mikrotik router to another but haven't been able to do so with only one fiber and clients along the way. I thought that we could set up VLAN interfaces along the way and trunk from one switch to another along the way. But right now in my bench testing I can't see past the second switch and the second switch won't pass any traffic back to the 1st router. I feel that I am missing something basic and would appreciate any feedback. We are running 1.5.0 firmware. Attached is a screen shot of the VLAN tab on the switch and the interfaces on the Mikrotik

Would you show "/interface vlan expo" from the Mikrotik?

On the Netonix, what is your MTU set to on the ports tab?

Which port then connects to the next Netonix?

MTU on the switch is the default 1528

Is this what you expect? Or do you expect the same management VLAN to cross all switches?

I have not stacked VLANs on a Mikrotik without using the Service Tag (changes ether type from 0x8100 to 0x88a8). I have not stacked service tags across a Netonix either. Perhaps this is necessary?
