Hi, I hope to find help through this forum. I had a problem with a WS-12-250-DC. Apparently, due to a power outage, the batteries were lowering their voltage to 9v. The switch was programmed to hibernate at 10.5v. At this point, the switch hibernate, but when the electric power returned, the switch did not turn on again.
Replace the switch with another one. I did countless tests, try to reset to factory values, but there is no case.

Re: NETONIX WS-12-250-DC HIBERNATE AND NOT WAKING UP
Hello, I'm having the same problem with the WS-8-150-DC. Not sure if it's programmed to go into hibernation at all but when it dropped below the 9.5V and shut down I had to drive 3 hours to go manually start it. Does anyone know of a way to have this switch auto restart when the power comes back up to a certain threshold? The switch seems to work perfectly for setting thresholds on the 4 pieces of gear I have on the tower, 3 sector antennas and a backhaul, all Ubiquity.
Thanks
Thanks
Re: NETONIX WS-12-250-DC HIBERNATE AND NOT WAKING UP
Think I have the same problem, cept I had low power shutdown at 23volts as I have a 24v system. The switch is powering my links but the switch fabric is dead with all radios showing LAN0 as unplugged yet the WS-150 is powering the links#@!#!@#
If I hike up to try and fix this how will I access the switch? Will a power cycle fix this? I don't want to hike if I cant fix this with out taking up new hardware.
