WS-12-150AC DEAD

I had a WS-12-150 that was working fine for years. This morning I hooked an AF11x up to Port 2, turn it on and configured it. After it working, I turned power to Port 2 off. Moments later everything died. Power was still on to all switch ports and the backhaul was up, but the switch stopped passing traffic. I rebooted the switch and lights came on but no power to anything. Rebooted again and only the power light comes on, but no power lights on any switch ports.

What happened?
