Fan not starting even on 100

We have upgraded netonix firmware to latest stable 1.5.5 but we noticed that following the update the netonix temperature is getting too high upto 100 but the fan is still not kicking in. Is this a firmware bug, because if we test the fan from UI it works fine.

For phy and cpu temp, fan does not kick-in until the value has gone above 100. Which is within normal operation.
