Hi all,
I have been using the View RMA Option to check on my warranty repair. I have seen some posts about he impact of Covid19 potentially on some repairs etc. The Switch arrived at Netonix on 7/29 and the RMA status is "Processing". Is there a way to get an ETA on the Warranty Repair of my switch?
If there is a better way to check on this and I just missed finding it my apologies.

My Switch has been at Netonix for over 4 weeks with the same status? (Processing) Can someone at Netonix please provide an update for an ETA on the warranty repair?
