Hi
Just purchased a replace PS for my switch from Varia Systems in Germany and the PS is identical to the old one bar the incoming power only has 2 pins (on a 3 pin plug v 4 pins on 5 pin plug) and the outgoing power has a shortened cable that has to go hard over the heat sinks.
Is this a known feature? Or have i got the wrong PSU. It says Netonix PS-400W-AC on the bag
Thanks
Jake

Re: PS-400W-AC for WS-24-400B
The 24-400A and 24-400B both have been discontinued, shortly after the 26-400-AC was released. Since we discontinued the 24's there was no reason for us to get the PSU with a long power cable.
But please email me at ian@netonix.com and we will figure out a solution to get you squared away.
