We have many 8 and 12 port DC Netonix switches and they report out current draw in Amps. However, the WS-26-DC does not. Have tried firmware 1.5.5 and 1.5.6 without success in this value reporting.
Has anyone seen this and found a fix?

DC or IDC ?
From the IDC page: Does not allow monitoring of DC input voltage

This model ?

Not sure but it seem it's a model without smart power supply and I think this stat is only available on model with smart power supply like following model:

AFAIK, any switch that does not include the wattage in the model number does not have a power supply and as such is intended to be hooked to a regulated power source. As Mike said, it is the smart power supply that reports the out current draw.
