Have WS-12-250-AC that is complaining about finding no fan. Went into the field today and swapped out the fan. Switch still says no fan found. The MAC is ec:13:b2:65:df:88, don't know if under warranty.

You can put your MAC address into the RMA page and see...

boot up the switch and check the 24V rail voltage on the status page, if missing 24v rail (common problem) then fan won't spin.
