The WS-6-MINI appears to accept DC+ on Pins 1,2,4,5 and DC- on 3,6,7,8
We are powering the unit with Tycon TP-POE-HP-56G 100watt POE injector that sends DC+ on pins 3,4,5,6 and DC- on 1,2,7,8
Our POE is essentially is sending power backwards on pins 1,2,3,6... but it works regardless.
Is the switch correcting the polarity on those pins? Or is it just shutting down power on those pins? We want to know if we can still power 100watts of gear with this POE injector.
Thanks

Re: WS-6-MINI POE In
Our switch can accept reverse polarity on POE "IN" on Port 1
