Does 1.3.5 fix the DHCP snoop/Eat DHCP Response issue?

I wrote a post explaining what our DHCP snoop does which is pretty simple.

There is no bug in it just that you guys want it to do something it does not do.
We may make a more advanced version down the road.
What you want is a DHCP snooping where you can provide a list of authorized servers.

On a WS-400A, we use port 22 for local management (untag on management VLAN) and somebody plug a SFP on the port. He remove the SFP after and connected via copper but the port was not able to come up again. While the PC was still connected to port 22, I remote connected to the switch, disable port, apply change, enable it again and apply change again an after, the port came up. Didn't try it again but look like a bug.
