Weird stuff, WC250DC

Thu Nov 26, 2015 5:45 pm

Guys,

Today we install new WS-12-250DC in a VERY remote location, we have 1.3.8 on the switch.

Below are screen shots of the errors we are getting.

We clear the log and the errors on the status page disappear, only to return a short time later.

Any idea's?

Thanks

How is the site grounding? Is the chassis ground on the Netonix well bonded to the site ground using the supplied screw? There may be noise entering via the DC ground and/or the FTP grounds messing with the i2c buss.

Did you set this up in your shop first and was everything working fine there?

When did you install v1.3.8, before or after installation?

Can you power cycle the unit (not reboot)?

Can we remote access the unit?
