I have gone through the factory reset procedures and enabled HTTPS and I still have the same issue.

The model number is WS-12-250-AC and the firmware version is 1.3.7.

If you tried the factory default with pressing the default button for 20 seconds during power up the only thing I can suggest is use the console connection and see if it is reporting any errors during boot.

The fact that you can ping it and SSH into it tells me the switch is there.

Look for and error during boot with the console.

I was able to create a condition in the LAB where the FLASH gets corrupted and can break the UI
