Where can I find a manual of any description and How do I reset a WS-24-400b to factory default.
I can not log into the device, I would appreciate any assistance anyone could provide.

Re: Reset WS-24-400B
Well first I moved your post from the CAP forum to the proper forum under "WISP Switch" and Hardware and Software Issues.
You can read this thread: viewtopic.php?f=17&t=409
There is a little pin hole in the front of the switch which like most other devices you use a paper clip or something and hold it in until the lights circle green but keep holding until the lights circle red then let up.
But this is all explained in detail in the above thread.
Pretty much everything you need is on this forums, just enter in key works in the box with a magnifying glass or better yet use the advance search by clicking on the magnifying glass.

Support is handled on the Forums not in Emails and PMs.
