Yes we can do that, but I won't be in a spot to do so until this evening. What is your availability?

Re: WS-12-250-AC rebooting all ports
It wasn't a netonix, but we've had POE switches randomly rebooting things due to one cable being damaged in just the right way.
That's my uneducated guess.

Replaced the Netonix and still having very random reboots. One cable plugged into the switch had water in it at one point, but has slits - could this be the culprit?

Well could be?
How about 1 by 1 starting with that cable power 1 radio with POE brick and see when and if reboots stop.
I would still make sure you disabled ping watch dog on ALL devices and leave them off.

This is because this unit is an older RevB WS-12-250A.
We later changed all poly fuses to .75A in the RevD to be able to support AFX units on all port with cable runs less than 160+/- feet.
STP would not have an affect on the rebooting, more then likely a coincidence.
I am not sure what the OP zrob_12 found as the problem but one of his last posts was he swapped out the switch and the problem was still there as far as his rebooting.
You want Flow Control enabled and you want to make sure Flow Control is Enabled on the MT on the port feeding the switch. Flow Control is needed in the wireless world. As long as your capacity is less then the reported physical link state then buffers will over flow.
This is a good Thread to read on Flow Control (the whole thread):

Also here is a couple videos that are good:

I am not a MT guy but I have heard of some people having issues with some ports on their MT. I am guessing when you use a switch port and not a routed port.

Re: WS-12-250-AC rebooting all ports
An update on my situation:
I found one cable that has water run through when it rains. All of my cables have slits at the bottom, but it seems that when that particular cable had any water in it, it would cause the switch to randomly reboot ports. I moved the suspect cable to a separate POE and disabled POE on the switch itself on that port - since then, I have not experienced any random reboots. If this changes, I will let you all know ; )
