Firefox - hangs forever loading pages

I use LastPass addin to remember the password. Long ago, Chrome had:

chrome://flags/#remember-cert-error-decisions

It doesn't show up now under experiments but Chrome seems to remember the preference for some time. Once in a while it nags me and then remembers it again for a while.

Ok, here's fun ... new computer, W10, fresh load firefox, switches' interface load right up.
Move my firefox profile from old computer to new and BAM we're back to sucking

I'll see if I can find what the root cause is, it sure would be nice to use one browser.

Ok , very strange, now working well, tried a ton of stuff, nothing that helped until I went to a hidden tab within firefox about:support is its address there I clicked on "Refresh Firefox" button and like magic Netonix switch pages are loading lightning fast again , too weird.
