It is odd because we do manually check each port to achieve 1G connections and communicate before we serialize the units?

Can you post up a screen grab of your VLAN tab?

The only other thing I might suggest you try is to factory default the unit then manually set it back up (do not import config as config may be corrupt)

You can default it in the UI or use a paperclip and hold in the default/reset button until all the lights turn green and then red then let up.

If defaulting it does not fix it I would assume you need to RMA the unit.

Well the only thing you can try yet is the factory default, if that fails you need to RMA it.

Do you have a spare switch to swap out then you can default and test this one on the bench.

I defaulted it, but still no joy unfortunately. I'd rather leave it in place for a bit & RMA once some local dust has settled.. I don't need this extra port at the moment.

Despite this hassle I'm still very impressed by the product. Keep up the good work.
