OK so we have found 10+/- out 2,000 units to be defective which means a defective rate of .05%
For us to test this on our side would require plugging in all switches and letting run for 12 hours.
Logistically this is not feasible.
Also this was not found in any previous batches of power supplies just this batch.
If you have a location that is very hard or time consuming to get to I would suggest a burn in prior to installation of any equipment at those locations as a rule of thumb.
