Switch keeps stating "configuration has changed"

I'm actually seeing changes being made on a handful of our switches when this message pops up. The main example is we change the time server IP, save it, confirm the change and then next time we log in, that message appears and when we look at the config page, the time server has reverted back to the old setting. Same thing happens with the device name. Sometimes it sticks, sometimes we have to change it dozens of times before it sticks.

Happens on 1.4.9 and 1.5.0rc5. Actually, been happening for a long time but we just kind of deal with it...
