We have this exact same issue(Nov 28 20:08:50 10.0.0.252 sysinit: Error: Write failed
Nov 28 20:08:51 10.0.0.252 sysinit: Error: Write failed
Nov 28 20:08:52 10.0.0.252 sysinit: Error: Read failed
Nov 28 20:08:53 10.0.0.252 sysinit: Error: Read failed)
, exact same model(WS-26-500-DC)
on exact same firmware(1.5.0)
Right off of the battery bank. Goes down once or twice a day, this was right back from RMA, replaced the temporary 12 port which chugged along for several months. Now we'll have to drop the 12 port back in until we get this figured out.
WS-26-500-DC on 1.5.0 rebooted - thoughts?
