I am also having problems with OCP on an Aviat Radio. Runs at 105 to 110 Watts on a WS-12-250-DC and have had no problems with it.

Sorry to say the OCP issue relates to some incorrect component values used for the first small production run.
Chris has replacement boards in-house now & he will be reaching out to people to send replacement boards.
I have also modified out production test plan to now test for the OCP function, along with doing a 100% manual test
of the first assembled board for each production batch to catch this in the future.
Going forward, all boards with a Rev D configuration have the correct components.
