HUH? Is this something on the router side?

As mentioned this is nothing related to the router.

The option is located on the netonix under the vlan tab, there is a small settings button for each vlan that you can press to setup watchdog ip.
Enable querier is located there.

We have removed this from all our netonix switches. I do not understand why it is set by default.
