Nothing in your release notes suggests you have done any further work on IGMP snooping. As it takes hours to setup a lab and test we aren't prepared to do more testing when we don't have any confirmation development has been done.
Have you been able to successfully test it? Does it work without IP addresses on every interface and all the config detailed above by uberdome as this is not a correct implementation of IGMP snooping and impossible for us to implement.

And your using v1.5.1rc7 ?
IGMP snopping is still broken. I just tested it in 1.5.1rc8.
I hadn't tested it in a while because there had been no updates to any of the IGMP snooping threads.
Please, please, when can this be repaired?

Re: IGMP Snooping Not Working [WS-6-MINI]
We have been working on this lately. During labs, IGMP Snooping works for basic VLAN setups, as has already been pointed out here. Right now we're just going through various different configurations in order to isolate what is happening.

You can download v1.5.2rc1 HERE which should fix IGMP snooping.

I just tested v1.5.2rc1 and it appears IGMP snooping still does not work.
Enabling the querier stops all multicast traffic from passing. The "IGMP Snooping" tab shows the multicast requests, but no multicast traffic passes.
Even with the individual VLAN querier options disabled, enabling the main querier breaks all multicast.
I'll post relevant screen shots.

Re: IGMP Snooping Not Working [WS-6-MINI]
Querier is not working with this test configuration. Please let me know if there is some configuration here that is missing. I'd like to help accelerate the process, feel free to contact me directly.
Notes:
Notes:
- When disabling the querier, it doesn't always fully disable until a reboot. Multicast traffic sometimes will not start again until reboot.
- When enabling the querier, it lists the management address (on a different VLAN) as the "Active Querier" which is incorrect.
- When disabling the querier without reboot, sometimes it lists the correct IP of the querier on the correct VLAN... until reboot.

Re: IGMP Snooping Not Working [WS-6-MINI]
You need to assign the VLAN an IP address (in the subnet the clients are using) if you are going to enable the querier on it, otherwise it will use the management IP address as you saw.
I wouldn't have thought you would need to enable the querier, since you are doing multicast surely you already have a multicast router on the network.
