Lots of TIME_WAIT in netstat -anp (v1.3.3)

I have tons of TIME_WAIT messages in netstat, all pointing back to 127.0.0.1:4200 for the local address and 127.0.0.1<random port> for the Foreign address.

Is this expected behavior? Will it cause any issues?

Those are from using the console in the web UI. Its normal.
