Should I be concerned?

One of our switches seems to be working just fine but.......... I see this repeated in the log several times. 24V (Ports 13-24) is out of range.

Should I be concerned? Is this an indication of a problem with the switch or something else?

No this is from our newer firmware where we put range limits that are not reasonable and have since been increased in even newer firmware.

If you upgrade it to v1.3.9rc7 it should stop.
