We're having a frustrating problem across a variety of different netonix switches with "loose" ports. The slightest wiggle will often drop the ethernet link, even if power remains on. Often when someone is working on a box, something will get bumped and we'll lose a link. This morning we have a new 2' cable between a WS-6-MINI and an AF5X dropping ethernet. We have another with a 100ft cable in a WS-12-250A doing the same thing.
We are using Netonix / RF Armor ends. We've noticed this most often on Airfiber (24 and X models), but other devices have also had the same issue. We've changed crimpers and brands, always test the cables with a fluke tester. We can make the problem happen by just lightly wiggling the cable side to side a little bit.
Is anyone else having this issue at all? Are we just doing something wrong?

Re: RJ45 ends/ports "loose"
I am not sure what you might be doing wrong but I do not have this issue?
Sometimes I have to bend the ends tang up a little so it latches properly.
