WS-12-250-AC LACP lock up to MK RB1100AHx2

We have a WS-12-250-AC connected to a Mikrotik 1100AHx2 using a 2 port LACP trunk.
Connections:
Netonix ---------- Mikrotik
ETH11-------------ETH12
ETH12-------------ETH13
Yesterday, the switch lost connectivity to the router after 68 days running successfully.
The router still operated, and the point to point links we have running via this router on other ports were unaffected.
It was just the LACP link to the Netonix not working, as in no data at all running, no flicker of a few bits.
We tried disabling ETH12 and ETH13 on the router to re-establish the comms, and this didn't work. No flicker of bits of data passing. Meanwhile the Mikrotik reports the links up at 1 Gb/s, before cycling down and up on each port randomly.
When our engineer turned up, he power cycled the Netonix switch.
No change, no comms over the LACP link.
He disconnected ETH12 on the mikrotik and then plugged it in again, no change.
He then moved ETH11 on the netonix to ETH11 on the mikrotik (i.e. moving the port down on on the router). We included ETH11 on the mikrotik's LACP config and voila traffic starts to flow again!
Sorted!
We then unplug ETH13 on the router and plug it into ETH13 again after 5 seconds, no change, no activity.
We then move ETH12 to ETH12 (bearing in mind this port wasn't working with ETH11-ETH12 beforehand), and move the LACP config to include ETH12 again.
It works!
Sorted.
So basically, we had to move the ports down one in the Mikrotik.
I have no idea if this is a Mikrotik issue or a Netonix issue.
The logs on the Netonix suggest no issues.
The logs on the Mikrotik shows that the link on ETH12 and ETH12 were being dropped before re-establishing 1-3s later. So link dropped, now synced at 1 Gb etc.
What was strange about this problem was that moving the ports down 1 port on the router fixed this!
Is this a Mikoritk bug or Netonix bug?
Netonix is on 1.2.4
Mikrotik is on 6.28
Both are awaiting upgrades to latest stable.
Thanks
