Do you have TeamViewer version 11

PM me your cell number
I will call you then connect to your computer via Team Viewer 11

Have the switch connected directly to your computer
Preferably also have a serial cable connected to the console port of the switch with a terminal emulator such as Putty so I can console into it.
You need a NULL Modem serial cable

With well over 20 wisp switches deployed and never a problem. I'm very curious to hear the outcome of this.
Almost seems like it would have to be computer/browser related.
